Product Introduction

This series of products are mainly used for grinding raw materials of cement plants, and also suitable for grinding various ores and other grinding materials in metallurgical, chemical, electric power and other industrial and mining enterprises. It can be produced either dry or wet method, or by grinding and drying simultaneously. It can be used for open flow and circle flow grinding with powder separator. The raw material grinding drive form is edge drive, compact structure, less floor space; it can greatly saving the user investment.

The raw mill adopts end cover and hollow shaft as integral casting parts. The special streamline design is adopted in the large end cover and discharging system, which reduces the ventilation resistance, increases the effective volume, easy discharging, increased mill output. The raw material mill is of single storehouse structure, and the combined design of the grinding lining plate is carried out. Different lining plate structures are adopted in different stages of raw grinding, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency. The working pressure inside the mill is negative, which can effectively prevent the phenomenon of powder leakage. The drying hot wind is guided from high temperature exhaust gas in kiln end, heat preservation measures are adopted in the raw mill. The drying capacity of the materials can reach 6%~8%. DCS interface is reserved for mechanical and electrical control of raw mill to meet the needs of centralized control of users.
