Product Introduction
When the sinter is discharged from the sintering machine, its temperature is about 750-800 degrees. In modern sintering plants, it is usually cooled to below 150 degrees. The reasons are as follows:
(1) Protect the transportation equipment and make the factory area compact.
(2) Protect blast furnace roof equipment and blast furnace chute.
(3) The working conditions of blast furnace and sintering plant can be improved.
(4) It is beneficial to the whole grain of sinter and to screen out the base material needed by sintering plant.
(5) It has created the condition for realizing the production technology modernization of blast furnace.
In order to achieve the above objectives, in sintering plant, there is ring cooler or belt cooler, and in-flight cooling.
