Product Introduction

I Pre-heater is an important part of calcining system of cement plant in rotary kiln. It is one of the main equipment for improving cement product quality and reducing heat consumption. It has been paid much attention in domestic and abroad and rapidly popularized in recent years.

II There are more than ten kinds of pre-heaters produced by our factory, and all kinds of kiln types are used together. On the basis of the main equipment of transforming and digesting cement clinker imported from Kawasaki of Japan, which can produce 800 tons/day, 1000 tons/day, 3200 tons/day and 4000 tons/day, we have developed the five-stage suspended pre-heater with calcination furnace with daily output of 500-4000 tons. The pre-heater of our factory can be widely used in the construction and reconstruction of large and small cement plants.

III The series of five stage cyclone pre-heater in our factory is arranged from bottom to top of kiln end.
