Product Introduction

(1) The separator is one of the main equipment of the closed circuit grinding system. The closed circuit grinding system composed of the mill, the separator and other equipment can improve the output by 10-20% compared with the open-circuit grinding system without separator. Therefore, it is one of the main USES to increase the output to select the separator as the auxiliary equipment of the mill in the grinding operation.

(2) Our company the main production of separator including: cyclone, centrifugal, high-efficiency swirl separator and other forms. The cyclone separator has compact structure, small wear, small vibration, large power and high efficiency. Centrifugal separator is light in weight and convenient in maintenance. The powder size of high-efficiency swirl separator can be adjusted, with low energy consumption and high efficiency.

(3) XX25/XX30/XX38 is a new product introduced from Kawasaki technology in the 1980s, transformed and innovated. It is one of the main equipment for the production line of 500 T/D to 4000 T/D of kilns outside the decomposition.
