Product Introduction
Screw feeder, screw conveyor and scraper conveyor, bucket conveyor belong to the conveying equipment. It has the characteristics of high conveying efficiency, safe and reliable work, simple structure, complete function, good sealing, little noise and beautiful appearance. It is widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum and magnesium, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries.
Screw feeder has the characteristics of high conveying efficiency, safe and reliable work, simple structure, complete function, good sealing, little noise and beautiful appearance. Screw feeder adopts advanced transmission technology such as shaft mounted reducer and hydraulic coupling.
Screw feeder is widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum and magnesium, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries. Suitable for horizontal or less than inclination 20°, conveying powdery, granular and small materials, such as cement, coal, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, etc., material temperature below 200℃.
The screw feeder is not suitable for conveying the materials that are easy to deteriorate, strong viscosity and easy to agglomerate, because these materials will bond to the screw during conveying, and will rotate and not move forward, or form the material plug at the hanging bearing, which will make the screw feeder unable to work normally.
Screw feeder diameter from 125 mm to 400 mm, length from 1.5 m to 4.5 m, selection in accordance with the standard nominal length, special needs can be separately proposed in the optional section.
