B-type apron conveyor is a general type of fixed mechanical transport equipment, it uses steel plate as a carrier tank, can be used for a large number of bulk materials and a single heavy load transport. Especially suitable for bulk, heavy, hot and corrosive materials, and can complete cooling, drying, heating, cleaning and sorting in the process of transportation. Widely used in machinery, casting, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, power, mining and other industrial sectors.

B-type apron conveyor has great traction, good rigidity and impact resistance, which is more suitable for conveying hot and heavy casting and forging parts.

Advantages of apron conveyor:

(2) Large conveying capacity. In particular, the production capacity of apron conveyor (commonly known as double-chain skirt conveyor) can reach 1000 tons/hour.

(3) The traction chain has high strength, can be used for long distance transport, its service length can be up to 250 meters.

(4) Flexible arrangement of apron conveyor. Compared with the belt conveyor, the apron conveyor can be transported under the condition of larger inclination and smaller bending radius, so the layout is more flexible. The inclination of the apron conveyor can reach 30-35°, and the bending radius is generally about 5 ~ 8 meters.
