Product Introduction

Chain plate bucket conveyor, suitable for a certain size, lumpiness of materials and powder transport in cement plant, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and other industries. It includes a driving device (including a backstop device), a shell (including a horizontal section, a directional section, and a vertical section), and a traction chain, hopper, head wheel and end wheel located in the shell. A feeding section and a discharging section are arranged at both ends of the shell. Both sides of the hopper are connected with two parallel traction chains respectively through a connection ring. The head wheel is provided with teeth that coincide with the traction chain. The transportation forms are one “-shape”, “L-shape” and “Z-shape”. The product has the advantages of small volume, low power consumption and flexible transmission form, etc.
