Product Introduction
Belt conveyor is a friction-driven machine that transports materials in a continuous manner. It is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, idler, roller, tensioning device and drive device. It can transport the material on a certain conveying line and form a conveying process from the initial feeding point to the final discharging point. It can not only be used for the conveying of broken materials, but also for the conveying of unit products. In addition to carrying out the pure material transport, it can also cooperate with the requirements of the technological process in the production process of various industrial enterprises to form a rhythmic flow line.
Conveyor belt according to the friction transmission principle and movement, suitable for conveying the bulk density is less than 1.67 tons/cubic meter, easy to extract the powder, granular, small pieces of low abrasive materials and bags of materials, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, grain, etc. Belt conveyor can be used in the ambient temperature range from -20℃ to +40℃, the temperature of the material to be sent is less than 60℃. Its length and assembly form can be determined according to the user's requirements, the transmission can be electric drum; can also be driven with a driving bracket.
