1、 The purpose of the machine
This machine is a powder grading equipment, mainly used in cement and raw material circular flow grinding equipment in the cement industry, and can also be applied in industrial sectors such as chemical and metallurgical industries.
2、 Overview of structure and working principle
1. Structural Overview
This machine mainly consists of a transmission part, a main shaft part, and an inner and outer shell.
The transmission part consists of an electric motor, a gear reducer, and other components. The electric motor drives the spindle to rotate through a cylindrical helical gear pair.
The main shaft section consists of a main shaft, a base (the base is bolted to the upper cover channel steel with the reducer support), large and small blades, a spreading plate, and a distributing plate hub. The large and small blades are fixed to the large and small fan rods with bolts, and two large blades with the same diameter can move radially inward or outward as needed; The number of large and small blades can be increased or decreased as needed.
The shell of this machine is composed of a top cover, inner and outer cylinders, and inner and outer cones. There are replaceable lining plates on the inner walls of both the inner and outer cylinders. The inner and outer cylinders are connected by an upper bracket, and the lower end of the inner cylinder is connected to the return air blade by bolts. The return air blade is at a certain angle in the radial direction and diameter to facilitate the circulation of airflow. The lower end of the inner cone is a coarse powder outlet, and the lower end of the outer cone is a fine powder outlet. The inner and outer cones are connected by a lower bracket.
The whole machine is supported by four structural brackets fixed on the outer cylinder.
2. Working principle
The coarse and fine mixed materials that enter through the feeding chute and fall on the scattering tray are uniformly thrown onto the lining plate of the inner shell due to centrifugal force. Due to the impact effect, the large particle materials lose their kinetic energy and fall into the coarse material pipe. The remaining materials are carried to the small fan blades by the rising airflow, where they are separated again. Qualified fine powder continues to rise to the large fan blades and is carried by the airflow to the circumferential space between the inner and outer shells, Under the action of the circulating and spiral downward air flow, the dust generates centrifugal force and is thrown onto the inner wall of the shell. Due to the loss of kinetic energy, it falls down. The air flow that moves downward along the annular space enters the space of the inner shell through the gaps of the return air blades. This is how the air flow continuously circulates and separates materials in a closed powder concentrator.
