1 Double roll crusher

(1) The double roll crusher is mainly composed of roller, roller supporting bearing, pressing and adjusting device and driving device.

(2) Adjustment of discharging size: wedge or gasket adjusting device is installed between two rollers, and adjusting bolt is installed at the top of wedge device. When the adjusting bolt pulls the wedge upward, the wedge will push the movable roller away from the fixed wheel, that is, the clearance of the two roller wheels becomes larger, and the discharging size becomes larger. When the wedge is downward, the clearance of the two roller wheels becomes smaller under the action of the compression spring, and the discharging size becomes smaller.

(3) The drive mechanism is made up of two electric motors, which are driven to the groove wheel by a triangular belt and then drag the roller wheel to rotate according to the relative direction. In the process of crushing material, the material is crushed through the roller through the feeding inlet, and the crushed final product is discharged from the bottom frame.

(4) For safety, the transmission part should install the safety cover by itself according to the actual situation.

2 Double-tooth roll crusher
